Alan Steelman, Jr. is President of Microtec and has over twelve years experience in the IT industry specializing in business technology consulting. Prior to joining Microtec, Alan worked for PSINet as a Senior Business Technology Consultant. Previously, Alan was employed with Nortel Networks as a Senior Network Consultant and was also Senior Network and System Manager for CompUSA. He has been involved in security technology projects spanning the government, telecommunication and banking industries. Alan possesses a Bachelors degree in East Asia studies from the University of Hawaii and holds the CISA and CISSP certifications.

Yuan Meng
Chief Information Security Officer
Yuan Meng is Chief Information Security Officer of Microtec and has over six years experience in the IT industry specializing in network information security. Before joining Microtec, he worked for the Chinese government as a Senior Information Security Consultant. Yuan previously worked for Huawei Technologies as a business information Security Project Manager. He has been involved in information security projects for the government, telecommunication, and banking industries. Yuan has a Bachelors degree in electronic engineering from Shandong University and holds the CCIE certification.

David Wei
Information Security Director
David Wei is Information Security Director of Microtec and has over six years experience in the IT industry specializing in network information security. Prior to joining Microtec, David was Project Manager for a network security group at Telindus. He was previously employed with Symantec managing a team of information security engineers and also worked for ISS as a Senior Information Security Consultant. He started his career as a network information security engineer at Shanghai Only College. David has been involved in information security projects spanning the government, telecommunication and banking industries. David possesses a Bachelors degree in computer science from Zheng Zhou University and is a BS7799 Lead Auditor.

Lucas Hu
Marketing Director
Lucas Hu is Marketing Director of Microtec and has over eight years experience in the IT industry specializing in marketing of business technology services.  Before joining Microtec, he was a Marketing Manager at Stark Technology for a team of senior business technology consultants.  Lucas also worked for Symantec as an information security Marketing Manager and was earlier employed by Legend marketing business technology services.  Lucas has sold business technology services and security projects to the government, telecommunication, banking and manufacturing industries.  Lucas holds a B.B.A. from Zheng Zhou University in international business.
